Section exploring the Sea Terminal never created, used as a dock for ships, a casino and hotel. Appears almost futurists, or space ship like, thus I have used the stars and Earth to describe this. IT is continually described as a modern Tower Of Babel, so I used a painters interpretation of the tower in the center. The building has a car park and is consisted of manly layering floors that change continually as you go up. The colour change shows this and emphasises the nature of moving to different levels.
